Services and agreements

Kenbo LLC provides professional services under a written agreement, statement of work, or email confirmation with each client. That agreement sets the scope of work, the fees, and the billing schedule. If anything on this page conflicts with a client's agreement, the agreement controls.

Billing and payment

Invoices are issued on the schedule set in each client's agreement and are due by the date shown on the invoice. Clients can pay by ACH bank transfer or by credit/debit card through Stripe's secure payment page. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.

Refund policy

Kenbo LLC sells services only, so there are no product returns. Invoiced fees cover work already performed during the billing period and are generally not refundable.

If a charge is wrong, such as a duplicate payment, an incorrect amount, or a period when no services were provided, email hello@kenbollc.com. We will correct the invoice and refund any overpayment to the original payment method. Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 business days.

Billing questions and disputes

If a charge looks wrong or you don't recognize it, please email us before contacting your bank or card issuer. We reply within one business day and will work with you to resolve the issue. Charges appear on statements as KENBO LLC.

Cancellation policy

Either party can end an engagement by giving written notice as set out in the client's agreement. If the agreement doesn't specify a notice period, one week's written notice applies. The final invoice covers only services performed through the end date, and there are no cancellation fees.

Promotions

Kenbo LLC does not offer promotions, discounts, or gift cards.

Service area and restrictions

Kenbo LLC works with business clients and provides all services remotely. We do not provide services to any person or in any place where U.S. law prohibits it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
