What we collect
Kenbo LLC collects only the information it needs to provide services and bill clients: names, company names, business email addresses and phone numbers, billing addresses, and project information that clients share with us.
Payments
Card and bank details are entered directly on Stripe's secure payment pages and are handled under Stripe's Privacy Policy. Kenbo LLC never receives or stores full card or bank account numbers.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver services, send invoices and receipts, answer questions, and keep the business and tax records the law requires.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our payment processor and email provider), when a client asks us to, or when the law requires it.
Client confidentiality
Information that clients share in the course of our work is kept confidential and used only for that client's projects.
How long we keep it
We keep records for as long as we need them to provide services and meet legal and tax requirements, and then delete them.
This website
This site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and it does not collect personal information from visitors.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted (other than records we must keep by law), email hello@kenbollc.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
